Kellyanne Conway Confuses Being a Bitch With Being Powerful

Kellyanne ConwayFinally, we understand how Kellyanne Conway can work for Donald Trump: She’s a raging bitch with a sense of importance as distorted as her boss’s. How they fit both of their egos in the Oval Office at the same time, is a mystery to me.

Conway recently had a minion call Caitlin Yilek, a reporter at the Washington Examiner, during which Kellyanne got on the phone and went into a shrewish rant which you can read here. It included this little gem (my emphasis):

Let me tell you something, from a powerful woman. Don’t pull the crap where you’re trying to undercut another woman based on who she’s married to. He gets his power through me, if you haven’t noticed. Not the other way around.

Ms. CharmWOW, somebody’s a bit full of herself. Most truly powerful people don’t have to point it out. The emphasized part in that quote is particularly hypocritical, considering Conway attempted to tie Bill Clinton’s scandal to Hillary in the 2016 campaign. From the Atlantic (emphasis mine):

This is the same Kellyanne Conway who played a key role in the Trump campaign’s strategy for addressing accusations of sexual misconduct against its candidate—and that was to raise as a defense the sexual misconduct of their opponent’s husband. Here, for example, is Conway speaking with Chris Matthews after Trump’s press conference with Bill Clinton accusers. Here she is again with Megyn Kelly—insisting that women who claimed to have been victimized by Bill Clinton “deserved to be heard” as part of the case against Hillary Clinton. On the attack, Conway embraces views akin to the antiquated legal doctrine of coverture, wherein a woman’s legal existence is entirely subsumed into her husband’s. On the defensive, she’s suddenly Gloria Steinem.

Conway’s disparaging of her husband isn’t exactly new however, she once told the Washington Post:

“Nobody knows who I am because of my husband, people know of my husband because of me.”

Alrighty then! Kellyanne’s husband has been in a Twitter feudgeorge conway with Donald Trump for some time now, as George Conway actually has principles. Kellyanne, having sold her soul, takes Trump’s side, claiming her husband’s tweets are:

… disrespectful, it’s a violation of basic decency, certainly, if not marital vows . . .

You know the vows: “… for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, even if you work for an ASS.

Conway originally supported Ted Cruz during which time she actually told the truth about her current boss. Courtesy of Media Matters (my emphasis):

“… he says he’s for the little guy, but he’s actually built a lot of his businesses on the backs of the little guy and he’s a lot of little guys through eminent domain, or through not paying contractors after you’ve built something. The little guys have suffered. [CNN, CNN Newsroom with Carol Costello, 2/10/16]

“… it’s one thing to hurl personal insults at somebody’s wife, and that cost Mr. Trump dearly in Wisconsin and dearly among women voters all across this country. … it is quite another to accuse Ted Cruz himself and professionals who have been at this long as you have, Ed, practically, of committing a felony and breaking a law. We could just brush it off, but it shows you the danger of just saying things that aren’t true and getting people to believe it and getting 20,000 people at a rally today to just lap it up as if it’s true. [CNN, Erin Burnett Outfront, 4/6/16]

HA HA HA HA HA…

What Kellyanne Conway doesn’t get is that her husband George will be the one that comes out of this stain on our history with his honor intact. Kellyanne is a fraud and a sellout, who tossed the sliver of integrity she may have had into the raging dumpster fire that is the Trump Administration. She will become as big a laughing stock in U.S. history as her boss. Of course, she’ll be a “powerful” laughing stock, so there’s that.

Hey George, if I may make one suggestion: Make the bitch carry her own damn coat from now on.
